• Bachelor’s degree required • Experience with lifecycle marketing and email marketing automation tools/platforms • Proficiency using data analytics tools (excel, Tableau, dashboards) to enable the effective tracking and measurement practices to evaluate ROI on marketing • Strong mastery of working with HubSpot (or similar) CRM and marketing automation tools to lead best practices across the organization • Create structure and optimize processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities • Strong written communication and ability to create engaging content • Ability to design and execute A/B user testing based on segmentation and personalization • Project management skills and ability to work both independently and cross-functionally with stakeholders • Strong “ecosystem” thinker, with the ability to manage complex x-BU persona and district dynamics with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts.
