• Bachelor's degree with 0-3 Years Marketing experience required, Masters preferred • Proficiency with large data sets and using data analytics and visualization tools (excel, Tableau) • Strong competence using tools and automation to improve marketing effectiveness • Ability to create structure and optimize processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities • Strong mastery of working with HubSpot (or similar) CRM and marketing automation tools to lead best practices across the organization • Understanding of marketing principles, lead generation strategies and sales processes • Strong "ecosystem" thinker, with the ability to manage complex x-BU persona and district dynamics with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts • Project management and influential leadership skills to drive key initiatives in partnership with technology and data teams to ensure effective utilization of tools and resources • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with different business units and stakeholders and run point on admin related duties for cross functional teams (CRM basics, user access, etc.)
