• Act as a partner to internal business teams on legal matters such as agreements, compliance, privacy, security, marketing, and financial regulations • Provide technical and commercial excellence to identify legal risks and find solutions • Become a subject matter expert on credit card programs and relevant statutes and regulations • Lead in designing and delivering compliance initiatives • Collaborate in managing external counsel

Requirements

• Strong technical and commercial skills • Experience in payments, credit, and credit card specific work • Expertise in regulatory requirements such as Reg. Z and FCRA • Previous work as a Counsel or similar role
