📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle • Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent • Act as the subject matter expert in the hiring process and liaison between candidates and hiring managers • Develop strategic relationships and engagement strategies with universities, technical organizations, and referral networks • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates • Interview and screen applicants for technical competence, background, skills, goals, and organizational fit • Make employment recommendations based on screening, interviews, and employment records • Ensure compliance with legal aspects of the hiring process • Establish cadence reviews with hiring managers to ensure timely candidate responses and position fulfillment • Participate in Talent Acquisition project teams and complete tasks on time • Travel to the Mexicali avionics plant as needed • Use recruiting data, technology, and process improvement to improve hiring speed, quality, efficiency, candidate experience, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Mexico without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience • Advanced English communication skills • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar roles • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Recruiting or HR systems including Workday, Success Factors, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiters, etc. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in written and spoken English • Strong knowledge of high-volume hiring strategies, recruiting events, and workforce planning • Proven experience supporting large-scale hiring and workforce ramp-ups • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement recruiting process improvements • Experience using data and recruiting metrics • Experience developing talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions
