Description
• Set up and schedule email campaigns • Support in building out advanced flows and triggers • Build out segments • Provide coding support as needed • Opportunity to support email operations on our Canada site • Act as a backup for our external email slicing agency
Requirements
• 3-5 years experience working in Email Operations/CRM • Previous experience working in ESP (Klaviyo preferred) • Experience in HTML/CSS • Excellent written & verbal communication skills • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
