Requirements

• 1-2 years of high-volume customer-facing roles • Experience managing leads in CRM software like Hubspot • Passion for building relationships and applying consultative sales approach • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment • Stellar written and verbal communication skills • Basic user researcher skills • Experience providing feedback and solutions to internal teams • Strong passion for the healthcare industry • Knowledge of lab tests and willingness to learn more • Critical thinking problem solver • Highly organized with ability to address challenges in a time-sensitive manner • Driver mindset to provide solutions • Team player with ability to collaborate remotely
