📋 Description

• Create and maintain accurate Purchase Orders based on approved purchasing requirements • Review PO items, quantities, vendors, pricing, locations, and required fields • Monitor and update open POs and ensure documentation supports receiving and inventory tracking • Create and update Bills of Materials, verifying components, quantities, item numbers, and units of measure • Process Item Receipts for vendor, warehouse, and transfer-order shipments • Compare expected and received quantities and resolve receiving discrepancies • Process Build Assembly transactions for co-manufactured finished goods • Verify BOM components, consume correct inventory quantities, and record finished goods • Record and reconcile co-manufacturer scrap quantities and process inventory adjustments • Perform monthly inventory reconciliations across systems, warehouse records, and reports • Investigate variances, coordinate with relevant teams, process approved adjustments, and document results

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of virtual experience in inventory control, purchasing, supply chain, or transactional accounting • Hands-on experience with an ERP/inventory system; NetSuite strongly preferred • Strong attention to detail and comfort reconciling data across multiple sources • Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables • Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating with co-manufacturers, warehouse, and internal teams • Ability to manage a high volume of recurring transactions accurately under deadline • Preferred: Experience working with third-party co-manufacturers in a CPG/food & beverage environment • Preferred: Familiarity with BOM structures, assembly/build transactions, and inventory adjustment workflows • Preferred: Exposure to monthly close or reconciliation processes
