Description

• Strengthen client relationship and grow revenue • Retain renewals, up-sell, and cross-sell • Support customer base in planning annual program • Act as a conduit between client and internal project management • Identify, engage, and manage new opportunities within existing clients • Coordinate handover of new projects to project delivery team • Manage proposal and RFI creations • Maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Previous experience in selling GRC services and solutions • Proven success as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Customer Success Manager • Excellent Client Relation building skills • Commercial experience managing the upsell cycle • Experience consulting with clients on learning needs • Fluent German Speaker • Basic technical ability with Microsoft Office 365, salesforce.com, LinkedIn, other social media platforms, and remote meeting tools
