• Take ownership of the Enterprise Manufacturing segment in Sweden. • Act as the primary architect for our expansion within the manufacturing industry. • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to maximize our footprint across Sweden Manufacturing. • Build deep, lasting relationships with CXOs, CIOs, and Engineering leaders within the manufacturing sector. • Identify, qualify, and close a robust pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting within SFDC using the MEDDPICC methodology. • Partner with Solution Architects, Professional Services, and our strategic partner channel to deliver seamless customer success.
• 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience, specifically within Enterprise Software. • Experience in Data Management, Data Integration, or Data Science is highly preferred. • Proven track record of overachievement within the Sweden Manufacturing market with an established network of local enterprise contacts. • The ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build "champions" within both business and technical departments. • Proficiency in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN). • Professional fluency in Swedish and English is required.
