📋 Description

• Drive new customer acquisition across the DACH region • Manage the full sales process from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders within enterprise organizations • Generate and develop your own sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and business development activities • Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term partnership development • Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting • Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings across the region

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or a similar B2B technology sales environment • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing enterprise-level deals • Strong experience in new business development and outbound prospecting • Demonstrated ability to generate a significant portion of your own pipeline • Experience selling into enterprise and upper mid-market organizations • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Fluent German and professional English communication skills • Experience working across the DACH market, particularly Germany • Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior stakeholders • Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required
