• Acquisition of new customers across the entire DACH region • Management of the complete sales process – from identifying potential customers through contract negotiations to successful closing • Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in enterprise companies • Independently generating and developing a sales pipeline through outbound activities and business development • Conducting discovery conversations, product presentations and commercial negotiations • Close collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer relationships • Maintaining an accurate pipeline and producing reliable sales forecasts • Representing the company at industry events, networking events and customer meetings in the DACH region
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or a comparable B2B technology environment • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing enterprise deals • Solid experience in new customer acquisition and outbound sales • Demonstrated ability to generate a significant portion of your own sales pipeline • Experience selling to enterprise and upper-mid-market companies • Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills • Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken • Experience selling within the DACH region, particularly in Germany • Confident presence with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
