📋 Description

• Lead a small team of sales process administrators responsible for high-volume, time-sensitive sales operations • Manage a team of 5–10 sales process administrators • Monitor daily workload, support ticket volume, and service levels • Support team development and knowledge-sharing across process areas • Partner with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to resolve blockers • Identify training needs and coordinate onboarding of new team members • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Administrative Support • 1+ years in a mentoring, team lead, or project coordination capacity • Strong organizational and time management skills • Fluent in English and Spanish • Ability to analyze trends and report on team performance • Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a remote setting (ideal) • Experience with NetSuite (ideal) • Experience with Zendesk (ideal) • Experience with SalesForce (ideal) • Project management experience (ideal) • Familiarity with coaching frameworks or leadership development programs (ideal) • Experience supporting enterprise accounts or managing escalations (ideal) • Must secure and maintain the legal right to work at Samsara and in the specified work location
