📋 Description
• Manage a team of 5–10 sales process administrators. • Monitor daily workload, support ticket volume, and service levels. • Support team development and knowledge-sharing across process areas. • Partner with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to resolve blockers. • Identify training needs and coordinate onboarding of new team members. • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices. • Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Administrative Support • 1+ years in a mentoring, team lead, or project coordination capacity • Strong organizational and time management skills • Fluent in English and Spanish • Ability to analyze trends and report on team performance
