• Lead customer relationships for the ChemSim vertical of the simulation business unit • Grow top of funnel lead volume, qualify and nurture opportunities • Improve value proposition and strengthen product market fit • Develop clear growth strategy for key ChemSim verticals • Represent team at conferences/trade shows/industry events • Support product development via market feedback • Implement scalable sales and delivery processes • Identify potential technology partners and acquisition opportunities • Support post-merger integration

Requirements

• Empathetic leader invested in team's success • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of experience selling large-dollar enterprise-scale technology solutions • Network of senior BD relationships • Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled simulation ecosystem • Detail-oriented approach to business development • Articulate complex technical issues • Experience launching new business verticals and closing complex enterprise contracts • Willingness to travel 30% of the time
