We are in search of a driven Business Development Representative who will focus on researching and strategizing target account lists. This role is central to breaking into new high-risk verticals and enhancing our presence in existing verticals with Enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate should display an unyielding sense of curiosity, a hunger for success, and a spirit of collaboration. You will: • Develop and implement strategies for targeting account lists in new and existing high-risk/Enterprise verticals. • Schedule, run, and effectively qualify discovery calls with prospects, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions. • Confidently overcome objections and guide prospects through the sales funnel. • Partner with Account Executives for a smooth transition of outbound and inbound leads. • Efficiently use CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Close, Salesforce, Salesloft, Linkedin) to target and manage accounts. • Handle inbound leads and conduct discovery calls with new customers. • Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve and automate sales processes. • Review attendee lists for industry conferences and assist in scheduling meetings in advance to optimize networking opportunities.
An ideal candidate has: • 2+ years in a Business/Sales Development role, preferably within the fraud and compliance domain. • In-depth knowledge of financial institutions and the FinTech landscape. • Proficiency in outbound sales processes and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot Outreach, Cognism, Linkedin). • Excellent time management, communication skills (both written and verbal), and interpersonal abilities. • Process-oriented mindset with a track record in prospecting and scheduling meetings with potential clients. • Willingness to travel (10-20%) for conferences and industry events. • Language proficiency: Fluent in English. Working knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous.
