• Manage entire portfolio of Fetch customers from onboarding to contract renewals • Focus on minimizing churn and increasing Net Dollar Retention [NDR] • Onboard new customers, provide training sessions, and promote adoption • Build relationships with customers and identify potential challenges • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key customers • Upsell and cross-sell additional Fetch modules • Spearhead customer success initiatives and improve program • Collaborate with multiple teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) • Work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to building the program • Thrive in a highly changeable environment and take ownership of initiatives • Be the first dedicated Customer Success Manager
• Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Min. 3 years of experience in Customer Success or similar role • Experience in the technology industry, hotel industry exposure is a plus • High levels of organization and time management • Ability to work cross-functionally and with various teams • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, ownership mentality • Ability to quickly familiarize with products, processes, and customer persona issues • Commitment to consistently perform at highest level
