Description

• Build relationships with existing customers and strategic accounts • Execute a robust account strategy and plan to maximize customer value and revenue growth • Be an expert to customers on CoLab and industry best practices • Find, qualify, and build opportunities within existing accounts • Collaborate with Account Executive and Customer Success teams for account expansions and renewals • Drive growth by understanding customer business and technical needs • Manage follow-up conversations and document activities in Salesforce

Requirements

• Related experience in an Account Manager role within a SaaS-based business, or engineering background with strong closing skills • Experience working with large enterprise customers • Ability to understand and analyze use cases and demonstrate highly technical product • Strategic thinker able to navigate complex enterprise sales • Committed team player with ownership mindset • Passionate, self-motivated, and resilient • Excellent communication skills • Excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment
