Description

• Customer Success Manager on the Customer Advocacy team • Make customers' voices heard within the company • Attend Ramp Camp for onboarding • Conduct customer check-ins and prepare impact reviews • Take ownership of a customer portfolio • Develop customer relationships through various communication methods • Teach customers best practices for using Lever products • Educate customers on the value of Lever's products • Provide feedback for process improvements • Advocate for customer needs internally • Handle high-stakes, time-sensitive issues with customers • Collaborate with Customer Account Executives for account renewal and upsell attainment • Assist in training new Customer Success Managers

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer relationship or account management experience in SaaS • Results-oriented mindset • Experience in facilitating meetings with customers of various levels • Strong project management and time management skills • Hands-on experience with product training • Empathy for customers • Passion for making meaningful contributions to customer success • Willingness to work in a rapidly growing startup environment
