• Specialized in building strategic relationships for expansion • Work closely with customers to drive success • Responsible for building positive executive relationships • Identify and develop expansion opportunities • Develop prospecting strategy • Build account plans and recommendations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Continual education and training • Act as internal expert on owned accounts • Manage account health and key metrics • Monitor and evaluate account health • Be voice of customers • Have difficult conversations with customers • Forecast and track key account metrics • Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years selling B2B SaaS or software services • Experience in capital markets • Passionate about markets and industry • Competitive drive and emotional durability • Experience building detailed account plans • Experience with data-driven approaches • Clear and concise communication skills • Comfortable delivering presentations • Goal-oriented individual • Receptive to feedback • Experience negotiating contract terms • Experience with prospecting and securing attention of prospects • Bonus: Sold software to Sell Side or Buy Side • Bonus: Experience at fast-growing technology company in capital markets
