📋 Description

• Working across multiple systems, your role will see you provide a wide range of business support services, including recording, updating & maintenance of cloud-based systems (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics), generating & coordinating IMACs and effectively progressing orders that are received through to invoicing and supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks. • Supporting daily sales requirements within the quote to cash process (creating Dynamics records, chasing vendor etc.) • Creating quotes for the sales team • Requesting quotes from vendors • Assist with the processing of renewals (creating quotes and monitoring renewal mailbox) • Assist with vendor / customer correspondence by monitoring the shared delivery mailbox • Process cancellation requests and communicate them effectively to suppliers and our internal accounts team to confirm termination of clients. • Ensure Contacts and Accounts are accurately recorded • Maintain Account & Opportunity ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in an administration assistant or business support role within a commercial environment • Prior experience in a project support position • Ability to drive project-based work and to manage tasks, schedules, deliverables, budget and project risk • You have prior technical experience, ideally with knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics and Service Now platform, eco-system, and best practices • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Proven track record of compliance with policies and procedures • Strong commercial acumen as well as financial and analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills at all levels - you will be required to liaise the management team, and internal staff at all levels • Ability to take initiative and be pro-active • A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks effectively within time constraints • An analytical ability with high attention to detail • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills • Exceptionally well organized • A fast learner that enjoys learning new software, systems, and processes.
