📋 Description

• Working across multiple systems, your role will see you provide a wide range of business support services, including recording, updating & maintenance of cloud-based systems (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics) • Generating & coordinating IMACs and effectively progressing orders that are received through to invoicing • Supporting daily sales requirements within the quote to cash process (creating Dynamics records, chasing vendor etc.) • Creating quotes for the sales team • Requesting quotes from vendors • Assist with the processing of renewals (creating quotes and monitoring renewal mailbox) • Assist with vendor / customer correspondence by monitoring the shared delivery mailbox • Submit deal registrations to vendors • Processing orders with vendors, reviewing and verifying relevant documents specific to the order • Raising internal PO’s and communicating them to accounts • Managing the order process at each stage with sales rep, customers, and vendors • Ensuring orders are accurately processed in a timely manner • Confirming services have been correctly provisioned with vendor – chasing up any overdue orders • Outlook In-Box Management - Checking and maintaining shared mailboxes and personal inbox ensuring any items that require attention are effectively responded to • Client database management • Process cancellation requests and communicate them effectively to suppliers and our internal accounts team to confirm termination of clients • Data Maintenance • Ensure Contacts and Accounts are accurately recorded • Maintain Account & Opportunity ownership • Maintain files and record management • Data entry • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in an administration assistant or business support role within a commercial environment • Prior experience in a project support position • Ability to drive project-based work and to manage tasks, schedules, deliverables, budget and project risk • You have prior technical experience, ideally with knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics and Service Now platform, eco-system, and best practices • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Proven track record of compliance with policies and procedures • Strong commercial acumen as well as financial and analytical skills.
