📋 Description

• Execute bid and buy strategies across paid social, search, and programmatic mobile, video, and display channels • Generate and implement tracking tags through tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager • Tailor campaign solutions and channels to individual client needs • Ensure advertising campaigns meet delivery and performance standards • Recommend improvements to bid and buy strategies • Adhere to appropriate SLAs during daily activities • Communicate process and analytics improvement opportunities to the Team Lead • Produce post-campaign analysis using DSP data • Demonstrate how bid and buy strategies improved performance using data • Recommend improvements to weekly and monthly performance reports • Provide technical support and troubleshoot underperforming or under-delivering campaigns and discrepancies • Provide customer service and support to strengthen client relationships and meet retention goals • Identify and justify budget scaling and upsell opportunities • Work toward News Xtend and News Corp Australia digital revenue targets

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working across Paid Social, Search and/or Programmatic buying platforms • In-platform campaign execution and decision-making experience • Preferably experience with The Trade Desk, Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google Ads • Ability to allocate time effectively and maintain a high level of attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; strong time management • Ability to build credibility internally and externally • Ability to make data-led decisions and articulate information concisely and compellingly • Proactive, positive, flexible, and collaborative attitude • Excellent listening skills • Ownership of day-to-day responsibilities • Excellent written and verbal skills • Understanding of reporting and data visualisation tools • Strong numeracy skills • Frequent use of MS Office tools, primarily Excel
