Description

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing operations strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in marketing initiatives. • Process Development: Create and document marketing processes and workflows, establishing best practices for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting. • Data Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. • Marketing Technology Stack: With Director of Business Systems assess, select, implement, and manage marketing technology tools and systems, such as marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and attribution platforms. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals. • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Work with marketing team to drive lead generation initiatives, develop lead nurturing programs, and optimize lead scoring models to increase the quality and quantity of leads. • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, tracking expenditures and ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources. • Reporting and KPIs: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on marketing performance for the executive team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working in various marketing operations functions at growth-stage SaaS companies • Demonstrated expertise in interdepartmental project management, stakeholder management, and change management, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives • Strong understanding of the SaaS model, go-to-market strategies, and full funnel mechanics • Proficiency with Google Analytics • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the capacity to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and marketing analytics platforms • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal “direct-line” authority • Ability to identify, initiate, plan, and execute implementation and integration projects
