• 2+ years of work experience in account management or client service, preferably within a marketing agency or a digital marketing company. • Proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts. • Solid understanding of SEO & SEM strategies and their implementation in marketing campaigns. • A proactive approach to managing creative projects, with the ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions. • Excellent attention to detail, with a keen understanding of budget constraints and project management. • Working knowledge of social media platforms and how they can be leveraged in marketing strategies. • Eagerness to learn and master new programs and technologies. • Strong interpersonal skills, with a personable and professional demeanor, to build and maintain client rapport.
