• Manage client invoices and payments • Respond to both client and internal requests quickly and with high-quality communication • Participate in a significant amount of inter-departmental coordination with our account managers and sales representatives • Perform data entry/generation with high attention to detail and accuracy • Participate in goal-driven opportunities to boost performance and encourage team members to hit their goals

Requirements

• 6 months - 1 year of billing and collections experience or equivalent relevant higher education experience in payroll/accounting courses • Highly recommend previous finance internships in a corporate environment or 2+ years of customer service experience • Technology: Savvy with ERP & CRM systems (QuickBooks, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, etc), Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets & Docs, Basic Adobe Acrobat functionality, and Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar software • 10-key by touch • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent organization, analytic, and communication skills • Team-oriented and hands-on
