• The Director of Sales is responsible for leading a team of Outbound Account Executives responsible for driving and executing Seamless.AI’s sales and business development strategy. The successful candidate will utilize a strategic mindset to identify and implement best practices, inside and outside of the company, to improve the sales process. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of leadership and management experience for teams of 7+ sales professionals • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Google Sheets, and other technology preferred • Experience in B2B SaaS with martech/salestech software/buyers preferred
