• Oversee Sales and Revenue Operation teams • Report to VP of Business Operations • Work closely with Chief Revenue Officer and Vice Presidents • Distill data and outline process opportunities to impact revenue • Prioritize building operational excellence and GTM strategies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, 2 years managing in Revenue or Sales Operations • 5+ years in a management or leadership role • Salesforce product knowledge and 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience • Deep understanding of RevOps and sales processes in B2B SaaS organization • Experience in revenue operations systems, sales enablement tools, and marketing automation tools • Go-to-market and territory build-out experience • Experience in commission optimization/improvement • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree required • Salesforce Superbadges completed is a plus • Database SQL experience is a plus • Subscription Management System implementation experience • 2+ Salesforce Certifications out of Admin, Advanced Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant • Experience with Segment or other CDPs
