Description

• Lead and execute seamless, intuitive and perspective-shifting digital brand experiences • Manage the product design team • Work across brand and product teams to lead user-centered experiences • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delightful user experiences • Ensure successful execution of product design vision with engineering • Develop a concrete vision of future-state service experience • Create a wide range of design assets from sketches to final designs • Implement and monitor quality standards • Manage and mentor the product design team • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices • Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in design, with at least 4 years in a management role • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, product design, website design • Experience in growing and scaling a consumer brand • Excellent leadership and management skills
