• Developing SageSure’s foundational design system • Advocating for design system integration and pattern-oriented design • Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other designers • Devising strategies for clarity, coherence, and consistency in design identity • Facilitating conversations on improving product features • Championing best user experience and accessibility • Communicating rationale behind design decisions

Requirements

• Experience developing design systems partnering with front end engineering • Experience abstracting designs into broad, reusable patterns • Working with data-heavy but whitespace-respecting patterns • Measuring and advancing the value proposition of design systems
