• Lead design strategy and vision for products • Retain, motivate, and develop high-performing design team • Produce non-obvious user experience insights • Work with product team on short-term design strategies • Introduce new product features based on user feedback • Collaborate with cross-functional team to bring the voice of the customer • Build design vision and focus on quality metrics for usability • Influence design direction using data and examples • Drive end-to-end product design • Update design framework and processes to meet emerging needs

Requirements

• 3+ years leading design teams, 7+ years product design experience • Skilled at scaling design team with company growth • Experience in design prototyping tools and methods • Deep knowledge in key design areas • Product-minded design leader • Cross-functional partnership experience • Guide designers to communicate and negotiate • Foster strong relationships with agile teams • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Ability to engage with executives and update design processes • Drive design strategy of entire product portfolio
