• Lead Seed’s award-winning Influencer and Partnerships Program • Optimize existing Influencer program • Expand KOL/Celebrity work • Collaborate with Brand, Growth, and Co-founders • Mentor and grow a team of 5 talented individuals • Oversee Partnerships program • Establish and scale a framework to identify, nurture, and deepen engagements with KOLs • Derive performance insights through tracking and analysis • Optimize operations • Partner with Creative + Design, Brand, and Integrated Marketing • Manage and develop a team

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing • Experience in health tech and/or CPG space • Successful, rapid-growth DTC business experience • Influencer and Partnerships-obsessed • Track record of developing full funnel influencer and partnerships campaigns • Proven ability to source, nurture, and scale relationships with high-profile KOLs and celebrities • Strategic thinking and analytical skills • Exceptional manager • Effective communicator and collaborator • Data-driven decision maker • Exceptional designer of processes • Highly networked • Ability to prioritize • World-class relationship manager • Creative • Solutions-oriented • Sense of urgency
