• Spearhead partnerships with celebrities and KOLs • Work closely with Seed’s Co-founders and other executives to source, manage, and nurture the most important relationships to the business • Lead the day-to-day execution of KOL campaigns from onboarding talent, proposal and contract negotiations, briefing, content approvals, ensuring timely delivery of content, and reporting • Grow Seed’s brand awareness and perception • Optimize existing partner performance while expanding into new, untapped cohorts • Execute award-winning integrations, events, and activations • Partner with Creative + Design, Brand, and Integrated Marketing to bring campaigns to life across the Influencer and Partnerships channel
• 7+ years of experience in Influencer and Partnerships Marketing (with a specialty in Celebrity and KOL) with experience in the health tech and/or CPG space, as well as successful, rapid-growth DTC businesses that are both brand and performance-focused and must comply with regulatory requirements • Influencer and Partnerships-obsessed with an excitement to push the space forward • Track record of developing full funnel influencer and partnerships campaigns that contribute to performance (CAC, LTV) and awareness goals • Strong ability to foster and maintain relationships with celebrities and key opinion leaders, leading to measurable results and new opportunities and additional value • Proven ability to source, nurture, and scale relationships with high-profile KOLs and celebrities • World-class strategic thinking and analytical skills • Highly effective communicator and collaborator • Effective negotiator able to design high-leverage contractual terms • Data-driven decision-maker and, when data is unavailable, able to source anecdotal and qualitative information to inform decisions • Highly networked with a roster of relationships ready to drive impact to the program immediately • Multi-tasker with an ability to prioritize across many important relationships • Creative with an ability to unlock new ways to market products and engage partners • Solutions oriented with an active sense of urgency
