• Evangelize Seer's vision within Paid Media • Drive full-funnel Paid Media strategy through an integrated approach • Lead a team of 4+ developing Paid Media SMEs • Build strong relationships with clients using Seer's values as guidance • Play a key role in growing divisional revenue and driving success • Create and maintain scalable processes to support transformation towards big data • Forecast changes in industry and develop business requirements for competitive advantages

Requirements

• Managed Paid Media campaigns across various industries, engines, and platforms • Experienced in 'emerging channels' like TikTok and Snapchat • Experienced in data-driven, holistic approach to Paid Media • Skilled at team development and mentoring • Comfortable managing 4+ direct reports • Hands-on experience with running campaigns • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technology • Ability to elevate team, clients, and industry peers with knowledge and leadership • Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, data viz tools, and data literacy
