📋 Description

• Identify, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations • Support the rollout of Deltek VantagePoint CRM • Support integration of Deltek VantagePoint with the Microsoft 365 environment • Create AI-assisted marketing and proposal content • Run periodic AI training for the team • Support staff in their use of AI • Report to the Operations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years working with AI tools, automation, or digital operations • Strong hands-on experience with Claude • Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n • Basic knowledge of application programming interfaces and webhooks • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Portfolio link and a summary of the AI tools used • WordPress experience is a bonus • Experience with Deltek VantagePoint or similar CRM, project management, and accounting platforms is a bonus • Microsoft 365 experience, including SharePoint and OneDrive, is a bonus • Canva or Adobe experience is a bonus • Basic Python or scripting knowledge is a bonus
