• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or People Operations. • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Outstanding organizational capability. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Strong stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment. • Experience using AI for candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview preparation, candidate communication, recruitment marketing, documentation, reporting, quality assurance, SOP development, workflow optimization will be highly regarded. • Experience using ChatGPT and modern AI productivity platforms is expected. • Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded: Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Global recruitment, Executive recruitment, Technology recruitment, AI recruitment, Employer branding, HR operations, Remote workforce management, Performance management, Onboarding.
