• Contribute to discovery and definition stage decisions to resolve user problems through design-thinking Collaborate with our internal teams to create experiences across multiple products and platforms without sacrificing consistency and simplicity Use data to help inform design decisions that result in the best experience for our users Work in a fast-paced, understanding requirements, prototyping, designing, maintaining design documentation and delivering final UI specs to the development team Refine optimization based on a combination of user research, production analytics and business goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experiences - from product strategy to monitoring final production performance Deep understanding of design principles complemented by analysis and troubleshooting skills UX generalist skills including UXR, UX writing, UI design, high-fidelity prototyping, user testing and design documentation Effective communication skills Basic understanding of component based development Expertise with Figma • Experience working at a startup or in fintech Experience in growth Bilingual in English and French Basic knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technologies Education background in either Psychology, Industrial design, Computer science or Data science Expertise in Framer, Maze or equivalents
