Description

• Responsible for preparing SMSF financial statements and income tax returns for auditor review • Set up SMSF accounts in BGL Simple Fund 360 if required • Input data accurately, including matching transactions and reconciling investments, income, and expenses in BGL • Calculate capital gains/losses and reconcile them with supporting documentation • Prepare and review financial statements, member balances, and tax returns • Utilize software applications including BGL Simple Fund 360, Microsoft Excel, ATO Portal, Pipedrive (CRM application), and Dropbox efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of SMSF accounting experience • Some experience using BGL software • Familiarity with Australian tax rules and regulations • Knowledge of cryptocurrencies, stocks, shares, and investment processes • Strong communication skills • Attention to detail • Ability to work independently while utilizing support when necessary
