Description

• Develop and manage an effective affiliate program, including overseeing current agency partner that manages larger affiliates (publications, loyalty, etc.) • Recruit and maintain relationships with key affiliates. • Monitor affiliate performance and optimize strategies to maximize conversions. • Create and execute influencer and affiliate marketing strategies that drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales. • Measure and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed, including maintaining detailed and up to date scorecards to track performance • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in digital marketing. • Collaborate with other internal teams, such as social media, content marketing, and e-commerce. • Communicate effectively with influencers, affiliates, and external partners.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, especially in influencer collaborations and affiliate programs. • Experience working with retail, CPG, or apparel brands either in house or at an agency. • Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to build strong relationships and maintain a network of contacts. • Deep knowledge of social media and the latest digital trends. • Analytical, results-oriented, and passionate about marketing and growth.
