Description

• Perform AR and revenue related reconciliation for month-end closing. • Work with FP&A through month-end variance and trend analysis. • Review contracts to ensure compliance with ASC 606 and company policies. • Collaborate with Sales Operations/Deal Desk on process improvements and resolving contract/revenue issues. • Help build the process for new customers credit check • Drive streamlining and process improvement on revenue contract review, credit memos process, and month-end reconciliations. • Assist with technical memos and documentation of processes and controls. • Contribute to projects for driving the company's growth.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree Accounting or Finance • 3+ years of public accounting and/or SaaS revenue accounting experience • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, M3ter, and other financial and billing systems including proficiency in MS Excel • Ability to manage month-end closing and various projects simultaneously • Results-oriented approach in driving process improvements and resolving issues • Strong communication skills within team and across departments • Initiative in learning both technical accounting concepts and business operations
