📋 Description

• You are the primary point of contact for an assigned customer base • You handle customer support by phone and in person • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet customer requirements • You will be responsible for the Berlin / Brandenburg region

🎯 Requirements

• You are outgoing, communicative and have a commercial mindset with a strong service orientation • You are a team player and appreciate the environment of a family-owned company with good development opportunities and flat hierarchies • You hold a valid driving licence (Class B / standard car licence) • Ideally, you have experience in customer support or other roles within the healthcare sector • A commercial/business qualification or other relevant training would be an advantage
