• Prospect companies with potential to purchase corporate education solutions. • Activate, qualify, and develop the company's contact base. • Identify clients' training needs and challenges. • Schedule and conduct diagnostic/discovery meetings with decision-makers and influencers. • Record and track all sales interactions in the CRM. • Support the preparation and presentation of commercial proposals.
• High school diploma or equivalent. • Experience in B2B consultative sales. • Experience in active prospecting and opportunity generation. • Experience managing corporate relationships and identifying decision-makers. • Knowledge of CRM systems and commercial follow-up management. • Experience in lead handling and qualification. • Preferred: Experience in corporate education, training and development, or corporate universities; experience selling courses, training, consulting services, or educational solutions; familiarity with LinkedIn and Social Selling strategies; experience in business consulting or corporate events; sales experience with companies in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors; knowledge of Pipedrive.
