Description
• Supervise a team of QA engineers • Contribute to automation efforts and develop strategies • Ensure product quality meets internal and external requirements • Collaborate with other departments to maintain quality standards • Lead automation team and mentor engineers • Select and implement automated testing tools • Integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle • Continuous improvement of automation practices • Provide training and development for automation team • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for automation efforts
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • 3-5 years management experience in agile SaaS product environment • Proven experience leading automation efforts for SaaS products • Expertise in automated testing tools and frameworks • Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud computing, and CI/CD pipelines • Technical skills with databases and report generation software • Understanding of quality assurance processes and standards • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong leadership and communication skills • Certifications in automation testing or relevant areas are a plus
