📋 Description

• Serve as a technical reference for Personnel Administration and People Operations processes. • Support and review processes related to payroll, onboarding, vacations, offboarding, working hours, benefits, employment taxes, and labor and social security obligations. • Ensure the quality, timeliness, and consistency of the department’s deliverables. • Identify operational risks and propose preventive controls and improvements. • Support the Coordinator in resolving critical situations and handling more complex matters. • Map end-to-end processes, identifying manual activities, bottlenecks, rework, and risks. • Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate People Operations processes. • Apply a Citizen Developer mindset, using technology to solve business problems. • Develop or support the creation of workflows, automations, dashboards, and low-code/no-code solutions. • Explore practical applications of Generative Artificial Intelligence and automation to increase productivity, quality, and user experience. • Work collaboratively with Technology and other departments to integrate systems and eliminate parallel controls. • Gradually reduce processes that depend on email, spreadsheets, and manual intervention.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • Experience in People Operations, Personnel Administration, or Human Resources Administration. • Strong knowledge of key payroll processes and labor/social security legislation. • Experience in process improvement and redesign. • Practical application of Generative Artificial Intelligence in corporate processes. • Ability to work with data, metrics, and controls. • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, or other low-code/no-code platforms is desirable.
