Description

• Lead Project Manager • Coordinate activities in a Scaled Agile environment • Develop potentially shippable product increments/deliverables each sprint • Implement Scrum and other key Agile systems • Plan and track release schedules • Manage project scope • Identify studio development risks and create mitigation strategies • Lead agile strategy and processes • Foster collaboration and mentor others on Scrum implementation • Train and coach on agile methodologies • Foster a culture of continuous improvement • Act as change agent to resolve conflicts • Analyze, measure, and report development throughput • Measure and report on agile transformation • Refine production tools • Help teams adhere to agile principles

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in the gaming industry • Deep understanding of game development cycles, processes, and trends • Experience leading game development teams • Knowledge of various agile methodologies • Experience coaching teams in agile development • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies • Exceptional leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills • Hands-on game development experience • Experience with change management at an organizational level • Experience redefining AAA studios to agile development • Scrum Master and Product Owner training/certification • Technical, database, and customization knowledge • Experience with data-informed decision making
