Description
• Ensures technical success of all partners assigned • Primary point of contact for technical items • Setting up incoming deployments • Providing VIP support via Phone and Email • Trains and mentors support team • Lead technical side of partner meetings • On call for escalations related to partners/clients • Internal lead for all things related to specific partners/clients
Requirements
• Responsible for technical success of VIP partners • Maintains dedicated ticket queue with 100% SLA • Owns the billing for clients • Monitors client resources • Provides relevant client updates to stakeholders • Periodic health checks with assigned clients
