📋 Description

• Ensure the development of user-centered digital products • Ensure developments align with user needs and integrate with the client's systems • Optimize interactions with departments, schools and other stakeholders to gather insights and create customized software • Conduct and interpret user research and reduce service complexity • Manage integration teams with operations and engineering of complex systems • Facilitate workshops for product ideation, persona creation and user research • Develop user/business documentation and support materials • Detail and refine requirements and manage non-conformities • Perform product handovers • Define acceptance criteria for deliveries • Evaluate and validate solutions • Perform Discovery to understand user and stakeholder needs • Guide UX/UI in prototype creation and oversee usability testing • Create the product roadmap together with the client's PO • Create user stories and perform business and technical refinement together with the PO • Support sprint progress, acting as a bridge between the PO and the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Engineering or a service design–related field • Certification not required • Experience conducting and interpreting user research • Knowledge of managing integration teams with operations and engineering of complex systems • Knowledge of agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean Inception, Design Thinking, SAFe, Customer Experience, DevOps, Systems Engineering, OKR and Business Agility • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Marvel, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure and InVision • Knowledge of mobile app design for iOS and Android and responsive design • Experience facilitating workshops for product ideation, persona creation and user research • Knowledge of developing user/business documentation • Knowledge of solution evaluation and validation
