Description
• Drive SpotMe expansion in the US market by building trust and relationships with stakeholders • Own the adoption of new business and retain/upgrading existing contracts • Responsible for managing enterprise accounts • Build expansion plans with the support of the head of sales • Understand customer needs and make personalized recommendations • Partner with implementation team and solution architect for account and user onboarding
Requirements
• At least 4 years in B2B SaaS or customer success/account management roles • Experience with large, complex enterprise-level accounts • At least 1 year experience in event technology or event industry • Ability to understand customer requirements • Proven success with sales quotas • Enjoy working cross-functionally
