📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position needs and develop targeted job descriptions • Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to create a diverse talent pool • Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical expertise, experience, and alignment with role requirements • Prepare and submit candidate profiles with detailed recommendations to hiring managers • Arrange and coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate tracking, and reporting using applicant tracking systems • Update job postings, respond to candidate inquiries, and organize recruitment documentation • Keep abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve talent acquisition strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology is preferred • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or related talent acquisition roles • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail • Knowledge of technical roles and skills, including software development, IT, and engineering • Ability to analyze recruitment data and refine sourcing strategies • Problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in candidate sourcing and placement
