📋 Description

• Build, customize, and maintain end-to-end legal workflows, task lists, and case-stage automations within Clio. • Design and implement standardized intake pipelines, custom fields, and client portal templates. • Draft, audit, and organize document assembly templates and standardized email templates. • Use Claude and ChatGPT to develop prompt libraries, legal templates, and automated drafting and communication workflows. • Create checklists, Standard Operating Procedures, and operational guardrails across case stages from intake through closing. • Identify manual bottlenecks and implement technology-driven process improvements. • Audit case files and data structures for workflow adherence and data hygiene. • Monitor firm operations and recommend process improvements and new technology integrations. • Proactively act as a process architect, proposing operational solutions with minimal oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Operations Specialist, or Law Clerk. • Firm grasp of legal case lifecycles. • Direct experience configuring and managing Clio Manage/Grow. • Experience creating automated workflows, task sets, and document templates in Clio. • Hands-on experience using Claude and ChatGPT for process design, document generation, and administrative workflow automation. • Strong process-mapping abilities. • Ability to break down complex legal procedures into step-by-step checklists and automated pipelines. • High degree of autonomy and problem-solving initiative. • Ability to identify inefficiencies and build systems with minimal oversight.
