• Marketing candidates in pipeline • Developing new contacts with Clients and Tier1 Staffing agencies • Generating leads by cold calling for new direct clients • Communicating with consultants daily • Submitting to own database and arranging interviews • Following up with candidates and clients at each stage • Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle • Clear understanding of compensation methods • Proficient in using Job Boards and social platforms • Strong in finding realistic contract positions for bench candidates • Ability to manage complete cycle of Bench sales • Good verbal and oral communication skills in English • Strong soft skills: emotional intelligence, positive attitude, teamwork, passion for recruitment

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment for clients in USA • Ability to close contracts and meet deadlines • Understanding of tax terms, employment status, time zones • Strong knowledge of W2/1099/Corp-to-Corp compensation methods
