📋 Description

• Perform all life-cycle payroll transactions and activities to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing • Support and manage payroll tasks using ticket and payroll systems according to defined standards and client-specific requirements • Monitor and manage ticket queues to ensure tickets are handled within defined timelines • Use the hrX suite of tools for payroll processing and associated activities • Understand and interpret payslips and follow payroll calendars • Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and support change request opportunities • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Produce and understand basic standard and client-specific payroll reports • Review and validate data for accuracy • Answer basic payroll questions and requests by phone, email, and ticket • Participate in assigned projects and activities

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Advanced Dutch and English skills (minimum B2) • 1–2 years of relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing, or corporate environment • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and willing to learn • HRIS knowledge • Current and future work authorization in Poland without visa sponsorship by Strada • Successful completion of applicable background checks
